Testimony - Retirement Process Transitioning to the ORA Portal
- "When I began my retirement journey, I was honestly overwhelmed. The High 3 Team has individually prepared retirement packages for others at my Agency and elsewhere. My entire retirement package was prepared and presented to me by High 3 Team for review, signature, and submission. I mailed it through USPS, thinking it was all set, but unfortunately, the entire package was lost in the mail. It was a stressful setback, and I wasn’t sure what to do next.
- Thankfully, the High 3 Team didn’t miss a beat. They quickly helped me recreate the entire package, and this time I sent it via UPS, which finally got it to the right place. Just as I thought things were finally back on track, I was informed that FEMA had started transitioning into a new system, the Online Retirement Application portal and all support documents now had to be uploaded online.
- Once again, the High 3 Team came through. They stepped up and handled the uploading of all my documents into the ORA portal, making what could’ve been another stressful situation into a smooth and simple process. Their guidance and hands-on help made a world of difference.
